| The big wooden table in the dining room offers enough place for families and groups. In the new kitchen of the house there is an electric cooker, a fridge, a coffee maker, an electric kettle and a microwave as well as sufficient dishes. |  |
 | In winter you will like the cosiness of the house. In the living room for example you can use in addition to the central heating a Sweden stove for wood. Beside the TV a lot of books are ready to please the heart of every book lover. |

 | The bathrooms and additional toilet have been renovated lately. Every floor has its own bathroom and toilet. In the ground floor bathroom there is a washing maschine, too. |

 | There are 6 sleeping units in the house. The large sleeping room in the top floor has a double bed, in addition there is a sleeping room with a bunk bed and a single bed. Further there is a small room with another single bed. The sofa-sleeper in the living room gives space for two more sleepers. The guests have to bring their own bedclothes, towels as well as dishtowels. |
| Smoking is not allowed in the house. Smokers may use the veranda which is sheltered from rain and wind. There are also garden chairs and a table as well as a barbecue. |  |
 | The natural garden, which is 2000 m² in size, offers space for playing and recreation. Especially children have enough room to play and romp around. |
| The carport for your car is nearby the house. In the woodshed you will find wood to heat the oven if it might be a cold day during summer. |  |
